4️⃣ An album you love that is not sung in your mother tongue, native language or an advanced learned language.
🎯 "Juana Molina - Son. From Argentina. As well as language Juana Molina uses her voice for rhythmic, harmonic and sonic expressions. Son is a beautifully strange LP that sounds like nothing else on Earth but still feels organic. It wraps me up in a warm bubble and takes me away on little interstellar journeys. Selected track - Micael"

5️⃣ An album from the last year that we absolutely need to hear!
🎯 "Andrew Wasylyk - Fugitive Light And Themes Of Consolation. Andrew Wasylyk channels Morricone and Axelrod to soundtrack the light and water of his hometown of Dundee and the Tay Estuary. I like how the simple melodies are accompanied by meandering and melancholic instrumentation, while natural reverb gives the music a sense of space. Selected track - In Balgay Silhouettes"

6️⃣ An album you have had involvement in and think still stands up today!
🎯 "Super Furry Animals - Mwng. Usually we made records that were grand studio projects that took months and months to make but Mwng was recorded at our producer Gorwel Owen’s house taking a little over a couple of weeks. The songs were recorded as live takes and the overdubs were immediate. It’s not a polished record, which I think works well with these songs and where the band was at the time. Selected track - Ysbeidiau Heulog"
